MembershipRenewal and Payment InformationAnnual Renewal Notices
For most members, annual renewal invoices will be sent out next week, ahead ofthe 1st April start date. Please keep an eye on your email inbox and settleyour bill promptly upon receipt.Important Deadlines
If payment is not received within three weeks of 1st April, booking privilegeswill be suspended. This ensures clarity as, in previous years, some memberschose not to renew without informing the Club, while others played for monthswithout completing their membership renewal.If your booking privileges are suspended, it maytake up to two weeks for them to be reinstated after payment is received.Membership Commitment
By renewing, members commit to a 12-month subscription, which must be paid infull, regardless of how frequently they play.Payment Options
The Club has established payment terms for membership subscriptions: Legacy Standing Orders: Members currently using this 12-month standing order arrangement may continue, though this option is not available for new sign-ups. Full Payment: Due on 1st April. Half-Yearly Payment: First half on 1st April and the second half no later than six months later. Monthly Payments: Spread over no more than eight months via standing order.Timely and consistent payments are vital to theClub’s financial health. Members are responsible for ensuring payments are madeon schedule, preferably by standing order or bank transfer.Additional Payment Methods
Payments can also be made: At the clubhouse bar (cash or card) At the Professional’s shopYou can check your subscription status using the V1app.Overdue Payments Payments overdue by 2 weeks will result in booking privileges being suspended. Payments overdue by 4 weeks will result in the member being considered as having resigned. However, the full year’s subscription remains payable.
